We visit your property or welcome you at Graben 28 to discuss your requirements, take preliminary measurements, and review material options. Consultations within Vienna city limits are free.
2. Design & Quotation
We produce detailed drawings and a 3D visualisation where appropriate. You receive a fixed written quotation in EUR with a clear specification and timeline.
3. Approval & Deposit
Once you approve the design, a 40% deposit secures your place in our production schedule. We confirm lead times — typically 8–14 weeks depending on project scope.
4. Workshop Production
Your joinery is crafted in our Lower Austria workshop. We keep you updated at key milestones and invite you to inspect finished components before delivery.
5. Installation
Our fitters install on site, coordinating with plumbers, electricians, and other trades as needed. We protect your floors and leave the space clean.
6. Handover & Aftercare
We walk you through care instructions and return for a snagging visit within 30 days. All work is covered by our two-year workmanship guarantee.
